How does it
work?
To initiate a Remote
Support session, you would first need to schedule an appointment.
Call Klaus Consulting at (888) 502-JAKE or send us an
email outlining your specific
computer ailment. We'll give you an estimate, including a "not to
exceed" price, and a username and password for connecting to our system.
(For those concerned about security, this is key- you connect to us, not
the other way around. Yes, we will be able to control your PC while
we are connected, but you retain control of that connection, and can
terminate the connection at any time. It is for this reason that we
can assist you behind your corporate firewall- the connection can only be
initiated from inside your network.) When your
scheduled appointment time arrives, you will simply click on the "Remote
Support Login" in the upper right hand corner of this website, enter your username
and password, and in a matter of seconds a technician will be connected to your PC, able
to repair software issues, hardware driver problems, and remove virus, spyware, and adware infections. Unless your problem requires that a
screwdriver makes physical contact with your PC, we can probably fix it
from here.
